Due to the personal nature of our bath and body products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a replacement or refund in such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence and order details.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the product shows signs of use or tampering. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Return Policy
At Rapha Bomb, we take pride in the quality of our handmade, salon-grade pedicure bath bombs. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to make things right if something goes wrong.
Damaged or Incorrect items

Once we verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement or offer store credit as appropriate. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal and perishable nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.
Refund processing
