Lets Self Care Together

This week marks the first of a weekly devotion to help us "self care TOGETHER." RAPHA Bomb was birth from a Mom, Wife, Grandma, full time worker, and business owner. So believe you are apart of a family where you are not alone in your experiences and challenges to love yourself through self care and find balance will all the demands on your time.

These devotions are intended to inspire you to become centered, refill your cup, and recharge your mind and heart as I recharge myself. On the other side of this, I invision us being proficient at using all the tools to be the best versions of ourselves through healing and self care.

Remeber, this is a safe space to work and grow AND we are in this together.
